Last updated: April 30, 2026

Data we collect

DeepClaw collects account details, workspace/team metadata, billing status, and OpenClaw operational snapshots required to provide monitoring and alerts.

Operational snapshots are designed for observability, not for storing prompt content, secrets, or payment credentials.

How we use data

We use data to run the dashboard, detect incidents, provide support, improve product reliability, and understand aggregate product usage.

We do not sell customer data.

Processors

DeepClaw may use infrastructure, analytics, billing, and support providers to operate the service.

These processors are limited to the access required for service delivery and security.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and telemetry data according to the active plan and operational needs.

Customers can request export or deletion by contacting DeepClaw support.
